I worked closely with Richard during some five years at Amlin on a number of service delivery and technology project initiatives, where Richard was responsible for managing delivery by Amlin's IT outsourcer and other IT suppliers, examples being; the implementation of a group-wide workflow and scanning solution for underwriting (WASP), the roll-out of a desktop refresh involving new versions of the Windows operating system, Microsoft Office and new hardware, implementation of Cognos Enterprise Planning, roll-out of a remote working solution and various other technology and applications related initiatives.
